MAHARAJA of BENARAS - Sir Prabhu Narayan Singh (KASHI NARESH)

One of the greatest Individuals of the last century - Sir Prabhu Narayan Singh , Indenpendent Ruler of Kashi (Benaras), it is my pleasure and a great honor to discuss the horoscope of this truly great soul. The Maharaja was born in the Family of the ruling house of Benaras and took the image of Benaras to a new high - never heard of in the history of Royalty in erstwhile BENGAL or for that matter BRITISH INDIA.

Below is the horoscope of the Great King. He was born in the later part of the 19th century but he did so many things which modern thinkers, educationalists, industrialists, politicians have not been able to accomplish nor does the present generation possess the "sanskara" for the same.

The Maharaja was born in Leo Ascendant with Mars occupying the same. Now Mars has exchanged with the Sun, the Lagnesha or Ascendant  Lord. This is a powerful Exchange yoga.
The Ascendant Lord, Sun occupying the 4th house - the house associated with one's culture, roots, home land. The native is identified with property, land, education, shelters. very strong character and very conventional in thought.
Similiarly, the 4th lord, Mars in the Ascendant which is the 10th from it shows the leadership the native brings in matters of property ownership, provides shelter and is a natural parent like leader.
The Maharaj Bahadur, took good care of his subjects as his own family and was a natural leader and an able administrator. He led the people of Benaras to a new high and became the indenpendent ruler of Benaras -  a rare feat for any King during British India. He was very liberal in his donations even outside the state of Benaras - especially towards educational institutions. The Maharaj Bahadur donated liberally towards the Medical College at Lucknow, the Bhumihar Brahmin College in Muzaffarpur, the Technological Institute at Kanpur (Canpore), the Queens College at Benaras and most notably the Benaras Hindu University (BHU). For the Benaras Hindu University, the Maharaja Bahadur not only gave money but gave land and got buildings constructed. He also donated rare Sanskrit books and Manuscripts to the "Saraswati Bhawan" at Benaras. He also got a hospital constructed in the name of RAJA ISHWARI PRASAD NARAYAN SINGH, his own uncle and the previous Maharaja Bahadur of Benaras.
Now, look at the second Exchange Rasi Yoga - The 2nd lord and 3 rd lord have exchanged signs. This is the sign of a person who generates a lot of self-made wealth. Not only that it also shows what a courageous individual the Maharaja Bahadur was. He was renown for his bravery, discipline and fighting skills. Such was his shooting skills, that he would throw coins and shoot them. He rose to the rank of Lt. Colonel - a very distinguished rank. Ketu in the 3rd ensures a rise in military-ranks. The Maharaja Bahadur , took very keen interest in running the administration and would ensure that values were party to the policy decisions he undertook. He was an able administrator and very good at speaking not only English, Sanskrit but even Persian. Such was his immense sway over the Persian Languages that 'Amirs' of Afghanistan visiting Benaras were shocked to witness the fluency of the Maharaja in the Persian Language.
Another notable Yoga is the GAJ-KESARI Yoga - a RAJ-Yoga in itself. Plus, the combination of Saturn and Jupiter in Saturn's natural house of gains ensured that the Maharaja was a Karm-Yogi as well as a wise and religious person. The placement of the 9th lord , Mars in the 1st ensured that the Maharaja Bahadur was an icon of truth and knowledge for the people to follow. He set the highest standards imaginable. Look at the placement of the 10th lord in the 2nd - an indication that one carries one the business of the family. The family here were the RAJAs of BENARAS and so SIR PRABHU NARAYAN SINGH went onto run the kingdom of KASHI as a very able, just and a transformative ruler. Even the ancestors wished that the MAHARAJ BAHADUR make gains and he had only gains for the Kingdom of BENARAS. The 6th lord in the 11th indicates total annihilation of his enemies - He was an AJATSHATRU - a person with no enemies or had vanquished them all. Also, the position of the 7th lord in the 11th - gave the MAHARAJ BAHADUR very gainful and lucky spouses. The placement of Rahu in the 9th made the MAHARAJ BAHADUR possess the hunger for "highest" wisdom and by setting up so many temples of wisdom - like the universities and colleges and heralded a new identity for the KINGDOM of KASHI. Long Live the MAHARAJA BAHADUR - SIR PRABHU NARAYAN SINGH !

Kameshwari Nandan Singh - Sheohar Raj

This is the horoscope of Mr Kameshwari Nandan Singh from the Zamindar Family of Sheohar Raj in Bihar tracing it's roots to the Bettiah Raj in Champaran District of Bihar.
The horoscope is of a Capricorn Lagna with an exalted Moon in the 5th house as well as an exalted Saturn in the 10 th house. The Sun is in it's own sign Leo in the 8th house while Jupiter the Moksha Karaka is in it's own sign Sagittarius in the 12 th house. The Lagna had Ketu while Rahu was in the Seventh House. Venus, Lord of the 5th house and 10th house is in the 9th house of fate and dharma. Venus is "neecha" there being in Virgo but gets NeechaBhanga thus conferring Raj Yoga on the native. Remember this - "The lord of 5th house being placed in the 9th house is a sign of Royalty".In the 8th house, the Sun is joined by Mars, the 4th lord and 11th lord and Mercury , the 6th lord and the 9th lord. Ketu had given the native to be following hierarchial setups. Being born into
a high ranking family, the native took up law (exalted Saturn) and Rahu helped in building

connections through matrimony. The native was able to scale up in the field of law and justice and had a roaring practice as an advocate of Patna High Court. However, Ketu in the 1st started making the native loose interest in self by creating doubt on the self-body and made the ego dissolve away. Jupiter in the 12th house in own house manifests this. Jupiter does make the native spend more on luxurious items and then later takes a religious inclination but this is all a step towards moksha. One with such a strong Jupiter is said to go to heaven.
The 7th lord, Moon is exalted thus giving the native a very "beautiful" wife. An exalted Moon in the 5th gave the native two daughters. Rahu in the 7th (contracts, negotiations) gave the desire in the native to hold prominent positions and handle important cases - all with the highest integrity and honesty because of the aspect of exalted Saturn. He fought cases successfully for his relatives - from MAKSUDPUR RAJ and MADHUBAN ESTATE - a branch that had it's origins in the BETTIAH RAJ. Also, the prescence of exalted Moon gave him good support from his mother.
The Sun, in Leo gave him decent lengthy life but the karaka of father in 12th from the 9th house shortened the life of his father. The 8th lord in the 8th house ensured that the native was not bed ridden for long and the end of life was shockingly fast. However, it also helped in getting secret sources of empowerment - meditation could be one. Lord of 6th being in the 8th helped the native to transform - create new life out of old quarrels. This was manifested in some of the critical judicial cases he was involved with. Victories for self and his clients helped them transform themselves into a new identity.
The 9th lord in the 8th house - made the native unlucky at times and it was as if the cycles of luck and misfortune were going hand in hand. The 9th also being the significator of one's Father and being in the 8th - the native lost his father at a very young age. However, Venus in the 9th was the savior and despite hindrances, the native was very lucky because he always had his daughters and grandchildren near by in his old age. For any native to feel satisfied is to see his / her children/grandchildren successful and well settled in life.
The 4th lord and 11th lord, Mars being in the Eighth house -The 4th lord in the 8th indicates a transformation away from property ownership and income/gains - becomes hidden and the native doesn't realize the same and these would express itself as spouse's property or via spouse's speech. The 4th lord in the Eighth would indicate that the native would not cling to family tradition in terms of occupation but transform into different profession - like law.
One of the best positions for lawyers is seen in this chart - Exalted Saturn in the 10th (Fighting for Justice, upholds the law of the land). The Sixth Lord, Mercury is with the Eighth Lord in the Eight house and the Eighth Lord occupies the Eighth while the Twelfth Lord in the Twelfth aspects the Sixth, Eighth houses.
The 10th lord in the 9th - made the native get more attracted towards religion rather than looking for official positions.
Nevertheless, a dignified Saturn always helps and the native left his mark on the fortune of several Zamindar Families of Bihar. Exalted Saturn in a Kendra - ensures the powerful Sasa Yoga - a Panch Mahapurusha Yoga.

Iron Man of India

This is the horoscope of the Iron man of India - Shri Sardar Patel - The Man who made India united.
Lagna Lord Mars is exalted in the 10th house thus giving Ruchaka MahaPurusha Yoga while Saturn is in it's own house in the 10th thus bestowing Sasa Mahapurusha Yoga. Moon is exalted in the Second house.

The Zodiac - Ownership

As narrated over the years -

In the beginning the Sun and Moon, the king and queen of the heavens. Absolute monarchs of all they surveyed from their constellations Leo and Cancer. When Mercury (who rules communication) saw that they owned everything, he requested for some land in the zodiac. The Sun, being magnamious gave him Virgo, the constellation next to his Leo. Now, Mercury who is known as the dual planet the master of duplicity, who speaks with a forked tongue waited the whole day and approached the Moon at night (Mercury rules both day and night) for more land. Reminding the Moon of the Sun's generosity, he requested Moon, queen of the night that will she allow the Sun to outdo her ?
Now, Sun is the soul and Moon is the emotional mind. Mind is insecure , knowing that it has no indenpendent light of it's own, that it only reflects the soul. Since it is insecure, it is only trying to aggrandize itself, and so it often tries to duplicate processes which are part of the life of the soul. This, for example is the reaon why the mind frequently tries to convinve itself that it might live forever. So, Moon replied to Mercury, that it may take Gemini, the plot next to the Moon's Cancer. Thus, mercury the thinking mind gained possession of Gemini and Virgo.Venus (desire) saw what Mercury (thinking mind) had done made the same request. Sun, who is very honest and would not gift the same space twice gave the next zodiac space which was Libra. Venus then made the same request to Moon and obtained Taurus. Seeing what Venus (desire) had done, Mars (action) did the same , obtaining Scorpio and Aries from the Sun and Moon respectively. Requests from Jupiter (wisdom) gained him Sagittarius and Pisces, and finally Saturn (renunciation) got what was left on both sides : Capricorn and Aquarius. This also indicates the order in which the different planets are from the Sun. Mercury the closest followed by Venus and so on.
The evolution of embodied consciousness, which arises from the soul and is first experienced in the emotional mind. As objective thought develops so does the thinking mind. The more the mind thinks, the more it desires. Desires lead to action, in order to fulfil those desires. Wisdom comes from action as one learns the beneficial and detrimental results of good and bad action. When wisdom finally matures, renunciation becomes inevitable, becasue you are satisfied with what is bestowed upon you by nature; you are happy with what remains.

RAVANA and LORD SATURN (SHANI DEVA)

JAI SHANI DEVA
As everyone probably knows, Ravana, the king of Demons and the ruler of Lanka was very learned and knew the shashtras well. Through his knowledge of the Heavenly Bodies (Stars), he was able to predict the movement of the grahas. It was through this extraordinary vision that he had envisioned that most of the planets were in the House of Gains (11th house) during his son, Indrajeet’s birth. However, it was Lord Saturn who was moving into the 12th house (House of Losses). Ravana, the genius noticed this and tried to constrain Saturn’s movement into the 12th house. Saturn was stopped just in between the 11th and 12th houses. Ravana’s son went on winning the three lokas for his father and even subdued Indra, the lord of the devas. However, the gaze of Lord Saturn on the 12th house was enough to get him defeated at the hands of Lord Lakshman, the younger brother of Lord Rama (the avatar of God Vishnu).

The power of Lord Saturn (Shani Deva), the greatest teacher in the world, should not be underestimated and he is the one who keeps tabs on individuals from one birth to another.

Another tale has that Lord Shani had been imprisoned by Ravana in Lanka. When Lord Hanuman was burning Lanka, he came across Lord Saturn (Shani Dev) who requested to be freed from the clutches of Ravana. Lord Hanuman obliged but on the condition that Lord Shani (Saturn) wouldn’t trouble his devotees and disciples. Lord Shani (Saturn) promised that he would never trouble any of Lord Hanuman’s devotees.

Centuries later, there is a popular belief that praying to Lord Hanuman pleases Lord Saturn (Shani Deva)

CEO, Bihar

Considering the way things stand in Bihar especially with respect to the debate around the "Bataidari Kanoon" and the doubt within the landed castes (both the so-called upper castes and the powerful “middle” castes and the famed “OBC” castes) of Bihar regarding the intentions of the Bihar Government, it is very much necessary to analyze the horoscope of the CEO of the state of Bihar.

A person who is born in the human race should be thankful to God for his life in this “Yoni”. A person should not think that he is more powerful than God himself nor should he be so arrogant that he is blinded by the same. “Thou shall pay for your sins and thou shall also get credit for your righteousness.”

The present CEO of Bihar was born on 1st March 1951 at Bakhtiarpur in Bihar. At the time of his birth Gemini lagna (Ascendant) was rising on the eastern horizon and the planetary configuration was as such Ketu – Leo, Saturn – Virgo, Moon – Scorpio, Sun, Mercury, Jupiter, Rahu – Aquarius and Venus, Mars in Pisces.

Ascendant Lord in the 9th house (House of Dharma): The Ascendant lord is favorably placed in the house of fortune, religion. Normally, such a combination would result in the native becoming a university professor. However, the ascendant is associated with Sun - the political planet, Jupiter – the planet of wisdom and leadership and Rahu – the mysterious “taboo breaker”. So, the native dumped his career and joined politics with JP and did everything to go up the political ladder. However, Rahu made him take up some strong views on “caste” and “religion”. The leadership style made the native more associated with casteist politics with the native organizing caste rallies and then even coming up with identifying newer castes within various social groups. Rahu made the native reach across to various “dalit” and “backward” Muslims, thus trying to break “caste” barriers but in the event trying to create a new social order.

The 2nd lord (rules over hoarded wealth, family), Moon is a neecha in the 6th house (house of enemies, debts, diseases). However, Moon gives “Neechabhanga Raja yoga” The 6th house also indicates career progression. The native used his wealth – self-made, inherited, literary and communicative to basically enhance his career (politics) at the cost of his opponents. However, the placement in the 6th house also impacted the family.

Ketu in the 3rd house made the native brave and gave leadership position. Because of his bravery, the native could undertake “padyatras” and confidently go to the masses. However, Ketu makes the native detached from siblings as well as "team mates". This was evident as the native repeatedly broke away from his political friends from the Mandal as well as post-Mandal era. The native does not get along with his siblings too. The native appears to be insecure and dissatisfied with any type of group work.

Meanwhile the 3rd lord (Sun) is in the 9th house (fortune, fame). The placement of the Sun there destroys the bhava (karako bhavo nasho) as well as its association with Rahu. This is not good for the father. The native would like to change rules with respect to religious – have a tendency to create one’s own sect or cult. Tries to behave as a preacher creating and identifying social sub-groups. The native would like to be transformative.

Saturn in the 4th house: As the 8th lord is in the 4th house, it leads to transformative self-destruction and re-birth in matters related to the home and property. The aspect of Mars on Saturn leads to lot of mental tension in the matters related to the home and property. The transformation over the "Agricultural Land" gets manifested when the Bihar Government tabled the Bataidari Bill in the State Legislature thus showing the suicidal nature as expressed by the 8th lord, Saturn in the native's horoscope. It could lead to reverses in profession (Politics) and displeasure from seniors (signifies elderly and also indicative of the Central Government). The 8th lord signifies hidden intentions - regeneration, rebirth but only after self-inflicted death or losses. Hope the situation (Civil War erupting between the landed and the tillers in Bihar does not happen and the conditions do not deteoriate so much that it warrants "President's rule" in the state.. Please understand that Saturn is capable of just doing the above.

However, Saturn is the 9th lord too and the native follows the principle of "work is worship". Again it is situated, 8th from the 9th house indicating hidden, transformative forces regarding the native's fate and religious outlook especially with regard to matters of the 4th house (namely Agricultural Land, Mother and Home) Saturn also receives the aspect of its bitter enemy, Mars (Lord of the 6th house which governs enemies) and 12th lord (governing losses) Venus which brings out losses and because of the “hidden” matters of the 4th house only results in rise of enemies. It leads to agony and mental tension. Native must be very careful regarding sensitive issues such as “Agricultural Land”. However, Venus is exalted and as 5th lord, might help cool things by influencing the native’s thoughts in a positive way.

The 4th lord, Mercury (rules over matters of the Land) is placed in the 9th house (House of Dharma) which is a good house but the association with Rahu, the mysterious planet made the native set up “Land commissions” resulting in creating “doubts” in the minds of the people of Bihar. Rahu creates such a perception in the native that it is the native’s dharma to suddenly start doing “Agricultural Reforms”, another taboo-breaker.

The 5th lord, Venus is exalted in the 10th house (career, profession) which gives Malviya Yoga thus giving him great name and fame and he went onto hold the highest office in Bihar. The 5th lord represents intellect and the native is gifted with high intellect. However, Venus is the 12th lord too and being in the 10th can lead to experience losses through official judgements. It can cause loss of physical vitality, through iconic leadership responsibilities and pursuit of public recognition. Venus serves as Lord of 12th and being exalted in the 10th makes the native function as a public icon that represents the fantasies and dreams of the collective unconscious.

Another important combination to be noticed is the placement of 6th lord, Mars in the 10th house. By itself Mars brings great leadership quality in the native but brings out imbalance and internal disagreements in leadership roles. The electorate, the plebian masses, the common people do not trust this native when one holds public office. Difficult position for career longevity. Prone to overthrow or brewing public suspicion. All this started with the “Bataidari Bill” which unnecessarily divided the native’s support base. One feels enslaved to the grinding duties of high office. May use exploitation through usury or police threats (as Lord of 6th is the aggressive Mars) in order to facilitate the execution of one's public responsibilities. This helped the native put in thousands of criminals behind bars. Because one becomes the iconic “face” of a dramatized social conflict, one may become disgraced as a leader, even if one is doing a good job in the role,The 7th lord (indicating spouse, partnerships), Jupiter is placed in the 9th house (fortune, fame) thus showering “lady luck” on the native. The spouse was a professional and always did her bit for the native till the last days of her life. The presence of Jupiter in the 9th gave a spouse who was simple and noble as the planet itself suggests, basically an educator.

The 10th lord (career), Jupiter is in the 9th house (fortune, fame) indicates that the native tends to carry out leadership responsibilities with meditative stability and receive public recognition for his knowledge. On would try to elevate the role of one’s roots and lineage values. That’s why we see the development of historical places in the state giving a boost to the State’s tourism industry. However, Jupiter in the 9th indicates that too much good is also not desired always and can result in setbacks too which the native is witnessing. Plus the 10th lord being in the 12th from the 10th house indicated not a stable profession and association with Sun; the political planet pushed the native into politics.

The 11th lord (house of gains) in the 10th house indicates loss of income due to career (politics) and also loss of friends due to his career and position. The native is lonely at the top. However, it brings commercial intelligence to administrative tasks, faced by the native and also creates sensitivity to the interconnectivity between the activities supervised by the native.

This is indicative of the thought and hard work put in for the state’s progress. This is an indication of how the gods (stars) have influenced the CEO of the State of Bihar’s personality, thoughts, attitude and servitude and this article is just passing the information to the people of Bihar, the representatives and the inteligentsia.

More to follow ...
